Ohio Legislature Passes Bill Letting Any Voter Request a Postal Ballot

On March 25, the Ohio legislature passed HB 197, which lets any registered voter request an absentee postal ballot for the 2020 primary. However, the bill does not allow anyone who had not been registered already to register in time for the primary.
