Utah Somewhat Eases Procedural Steps for Candidate Petitions

On March 26, Utah revised some rules for petitions for candidates. Copies of blank petition forms can now be sent electronically from campaigns to individuals who want to sign, and the signer can then e-mail or postally mail the signature back to the campaign. There is no more need to have the circulator sign petitions at the bottom. See this story.
