I’ve been investigating Spike Cohen’s alleged postings to the hate site FF.
Someone using the name “SpikeCohen” posted derogatory statements in 2003 using the terms “fag” and “faggot” often to refer to the French, Iraqis, and Arabs.
The poster wants the federal government to label all French products to assist in the boycott of French goods due to France’s opposition to the US invasion of Iraq. He adds that the boycott actually should have started in the 80’s due to France’s denial of airspace to the US for the bombing of Libya. He argues that France wants to replace the US as the world’s only superpower and is protecting dictators and terrorists to do so.
He wants Israel to have all lands west of the Jordan River without any for the Palestinians, whom he refers to as terrorists. He fears that any concession to the Palestinians will result in “God’s wrath.” He compares giving any land to the Palestinians to giving Florida to al-Qaeda.
He writes excitedly about the US invasion of Iraq and refers to those who oppose the war as hypocrites.

What makes you think he has any connection to Israel ? Ancestry from 2000 years ago ? He probably has more recent ancestry somewhere in Europe. The USA allows dual citizenship with Israel, and Israel allows all Jews, and only Jews, to become citizens of Israel. So all Jews in the USA could become Israeli citizens, and vote in Israeli elections, and lobby the Israeli government, to open the borders of Israel to unlimited, unrestricted immigration, and to grant Israeli citizenship to anyone who want it, yet oddly enough, I have never heard of any of them doing this, yet I do frequently hear a large percentage of them advocating for this policy in the USA, as well as in multiple European based countries where they are present.

It does not matter where his Most recent ancestors lived. Almost all Jews have a fixation with Israel, and according to the evidence unsurfaced by William Saturn, Spike Cohen is no different than the norm in that regard.
So I think my question about whether or not he’s an immigration hypocrite is perfectly fair and reasonable.
Also, I have not even said that I dislike Spike Cohen. A more relevant question is, in what state will Mr Cohen claim residence? Both he and Ms Jorgensen are currently residents of South Carolina. This might present a problem with him being on the ballot, at least in South Carolina, for Constitutional reasons.
I think Richard said that Spike would only have to become a resident of another state if he and Jo Jorgensen were to carry South Carolina in the election, which would mean that they’d get all of South Carolina’s presidential electors, so Spike would have to become a resident of another state prior to the Electoral College meeting, which I believe is sometime in December.
Also, Spike said that he is willing to set up a residence in another state. I am not sure if any state could legally prevent Jo and Spike from appearing on the same ballot because they are both in the same state.
Spike is currently in Myrtle Beach, SC, which is a place I used to live myself, and have also visited multiple times. He’s not that far from North Carolina. There was a town in North Carolina that was not that far from Myrtle Beach, but I can’t think of the name of it now, but I recall some people who worked in Myrtle Beach commuted from that town in NC. I don’t know if Spike owns or rents a home, but he could rent a cheap place in North Carolina and switch his residency to that address until the election is over. This may or may not be necessary.

You might be thinking of Wilmington/Cape Fear, NC. I use to vacation there and it is a short drive to Myrtle Beach, SC. About 1 and 1/2 hours to hit Myrtle from there. There are closer places but Wilmington would be the largest.

I was banned for responding to people who were pushing the “open borders,” unlimited, unrestricted immigration agenda, some of whom were likely trolls, and were probably Paul posting under fake names. A fake name poster (likely Paul) brought up Bryan Caplan from the Cato Institute, so I responded by pointing out that Caplan is Jewish, and has admitted that he does not support open borders and mass indiscriminate immigration into Israel. I then posted a link to a YouTube video from a guy who goes by the name of Red Elephants (I think his real name is James Vincent, or Vincent James), about this history of immigration into the USA, and the video pointed out that it has been the Jewish lobby which had long been at the forefront of pushing in favor of opening up the US borders to mass immigration, particularly from non-Europeans, and that they did this for decades, and then they finally got it passed in 1965, with of course the help of scumbag non-Jewish politicians like Ted Kennedy, and of course Lyndon Johnson, who did it with the promise that it would bring them more votes and more campaign contributions. They actually had to LIE to the American population about what the bill did in order to get it passed, and to alleviate any protesting that would have happened afterwards if most of the public had known what the bill actually did. Remember, there was no internet back then, so it was more difficult to find out information, and if the American population at the time had known the truth about the 1965 Immigration Act, there’d have been massive protesting, and it either never would have passed, or would have been repealed not long after being passed.
The bill was passed in order to “divide and conquer” the population, as well as to bring in large numbers of people who’d support the socialist agenda. A higher percent of the population back then was vehemently anti-communist as compared to today.
So I merely pointed out the hypocrisy of the Jewish lobby for pushing in favor of an immigration policy which they do NOT support for Israel, which is a walled ethno-state with a DNA test backed Jews only immigration policy.
Also, in the name of fairness, I did recognize that although the majority of Jews support this hypocritical policy, that there were some exceptions, such as the late libertarian Murray N. Rothbard, as well as Brother Nathanael (Kappner), who is an ethnic Jew who converted to Christianity, and who now speaks out against the Zionists.
After this, I was banned. Keep in mind that I never used any slurs, I never made any threats, and I never advocated against the Non-Aggression Principle, and I never even suggested that Israel should change its immigration policy. I also never violated any IPR policies, or even received a warning (of course, since I did not violate any policies, there was really nothing to warn me about). Also, nothing I said was ever refuted by anyone, as in they were incapable of rebutting my arguments, so they just banned me and called me names.

Paul actually claims that it was IPR owner, Warren Redlich, who banned me, but if this is so, he was likely egging him on to do it. I never had a problem with Warren prior to that, and I in fact endorsed him when he ran for Governor of New York. Residency is not a problem. George W. Bush and Dick Cheney were both Texas residents when they were nominated in 2000. Cheney moved his primary residence to Wyoming.
The Socialist Workers Party in the past typically nominated someone for both president & v-p who lived in New York. Once someone challenged them, but the SWP won. Furthermore, there are really no residency requirements for federal office any more at all. That is why Rocky De La Fuente was able to run for US Senate in 2018 in many, many states. Others also ran for congress in states they weren’t living in at the time. That is because the Constitution says the person must be a residence of the state he or she is seeking to represent “when elected.” “When elected” refers to election day. Ballot must be finalized months before election day. No one knows where someone will be living in the future, so there is effectively no residency requirement. The 9th, 10th, 5th, and 2nd circuits all have ruled this way.
I gathered petition signatures one time for a candidate who lived in Ohio, but was running for US Senate in New York. He actually put his Ohio address on the petition, which some of the New York voters questioned. I just told them that he was planning to move to New York, but that he still had his Ohio address, which was true, because if he had won the election, he would have moved to New York. He ended up not qualifying for the ballot, not because of me, but rather because he started the petition drive late, and he did not take my advice to offer travel money and motel money to bring in more petition circulators, and to increase the pay.

I never said that Spike still holds the neo-con views he held back in 2003. Hopefully his change is for real. I also never said that Spike is a dual citizen (although he is eligible to become one, but I don’t know that he has), or that he’s part of a Jewish lobby. I never had a problem with him, but he has displayed some bizarre behavior in the past, so that is one reason he was on my suspect list.

Remember back when Augustus Sol Invictus was in the Libertarian Party, and some people freaked out about him having written a paper years before he was in the LP, where he called for a government forced eugenics program, but he had already disavowed that prior to joining the LP, and when asked to clarify his position, he said that he thinks that the welfare state is a disgenics program, because it encourages people to be lazy, and it encourages bad breeding habits, and that he advocated ending the welfare state, and that he did not support a government forced eugenics program, and that he thought that such a program would lead to abuse. He reiterated this throughout his failed campaign for the LP’s US Senate nomination, and he continued to reiterate that well after this was over, yet he kept getting attacked over and over again by his critics over this. Now I am not taking a stand on whether or not Augustus should have been nominated, as i think that he is a talented speaker, but he was also eccentric. I had originally written him off as a wacko, but after months of hearing about controversy surrounding him, I took some time to look into him further, and after examining his platform, and listening to multiple speeches from him, I found that his platform was actually more libertarian, by quite a wide margin, than what was being offered up by Gary Johnson and Bill Weld. Augustus was not an anarchist libertarian, but he was a fairly strong minarchist (at least at that time, perhaps some of his views changed after he left the LP, I am not sure).
Now somebody will probably pop up on here and talk about Augustus getting arrested, and being accused of domestic violence, and they will bring up that he’s in jail, and etc… The charges against him may or may not be true, or maybe some are true, and some are false. My point here is NOT to defend Augustus Sol Invictus.
What is my point? It is to point out some hypocrisy and double standards. Spike is also an eccentric fellow, much like how Augustus was eccentric (not necessarily the same style of being eccentric, but both are certainly different flavors of eccentric). Also, like Augustus, Spike says that he disavows his past political positions that were no libertarian, however, unlike with Augustus, Spike is not continually being attacked for his past political positions which he has said that he disavowed, nor is he being attacked over his eccentricities.
Just to be clear, I am NOT attacking Spike. Maybe Spike really has disavowed those views, and I am certainly willing to give him a chance. I am also NOT taking a position on whether or not Augustus should have been nominated, nor am I taking a position as to whether or not he is guilty in the current criminal charges pending against him.
I am just pointing out what seems to be a double standard.

His platform included:

Ending military imperialism and bringing the troops home.
Eliminating the Federal Reserve System and fiat currency.

Repealing all gun control laws.
Repealing The Patriot Act.
Ending unconstitutional spying programs.
Getting out of the United Nations.
