By 5-4, it upholds California’s limits on church services for the time being. Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the court’s four liberal members. The California rules limit attendance at churches to 100 persons, or 25% of the building capacity, whichever is less.
On Saturday, May 30, Ohio initiative proponents filed a brief in Thompson v DeWine, 20-3526, discussing the U.S. Supreme Court action. Thompson v DeWine is the case over whether Ohio should give ballot access relief to initiatives. The U.S. District Court had ruled favorably to the initiative proponents, but the Sixth Circuit had reversed the U.S. District Court. The Ohio initiative proponents the same day filed a petition for rehearing en banc. The Saturday brief is intended to bolster the case on behalf of ballot access relief.

“Archibald Molina” is another troll, this time posting with the intention of making anyone who criticizes the leftist protesters, a lot of whom are not merely protesting, they are vandalizing and looting and initiating violence, look like police state loving extremists themselves.
I think that the cop was in the wrong for putting his knee on George Floyd’s neck for the length of time that he did, and even if Floyd had pre-existing conditions, this likely contributed to his death. The cop deserves to be fired, lose his pension, and go to prison.
There are certainly legitimate reasons to be angry at the police in this country, but this does NOT justify the vandalism, looting, and initiation of violence that has been committed by mobs of people across the country.
While some people have said that the cops were “racist,” and that this was racially motivated, it should be pointed out that plenty of white people, myself included, have had their rights violated by the police. There have been white people murdered by cops for no legitimate reason, such as when a homeless white guy was beaten to death at a bus stop by the police in Fullerton, CA, or the guy who died of a gunshot wound from the police for sleeping in the desert outside of Albuquerque, NM, to name just two examples, yet nobody ever rioted over any of these incidents. Also, some cops are black, and black cops have no better record on civil liberties than do white cops. I came very close to getting arrested by some really nasty black cops in Alabama, Maryland, and North Carolina, which gathering petition signatures for the Libertarian Party, and the two times that I did get arrested for petitioning for the Libertarian Party, in Maryland, and in Arkansas, the cops that initiated the arrests were white, but they were assisted by black cops.
The truth of the matter is that exploiting racial/ethnic tensions is a tactic used by Marxists and globalists to “divide and conquer” populations. If a white people is unjustly murdered or beaten or arrested, or otherwise has their rights violated, by the police, there’s usually no media outrage and protesting. However, if the person is black, whether there were legitimate rights violations or not (and some of these things have turned out to be lies), there is lots of media outrage, and organized protests. Why is that? IT IS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO USE THESE SITUATIONS TO INCREASE RACIAL TENSIONS AND WHIP PEOPLE UP INTO A FRENZY.
ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter have both received funding from George Soros and similar sources, and they are both basically Marxist agitator groups. They are like modern day Bolsheviks. The mayhem committed by these leftists in these protests only serves to further the police state agenda, as it provides an excuse for a police state crackdown.

The officer was not in the wrong for using reasonable restraint tactics against a violent criminal offender. The officer should have received a medal instead of being fired and unjustly prosecuted. My hat’s off to all the officers doing what they need to do on the front lines of violent insurrection by terrotists against President Trump and these United States, especially those being the most effective in strongly and with great force enforcing the law to its utmost physical extent. They are the real heroes in this situation along with President Trump for doing what needed to be done a long time ago and invoking the Insurrection Act. We have allowed the lawlessness and riffraff to destroy our cities for too long and it finally ends now.
If you whine about having your “rights violated” by officers there’s a 99.9% chance or better you got exactly what you deserved, and should have got more of it. I would like to hear the officer’s side of the story. They have shown too much restraint for too many years and what we are starting to see now is what they should have done all this time. I 100% understand and agree with the anger of the officers in this situation. They should be angry, and they should make the terrorists cower in fear.
We do need a police crackdown, it is way overdue. And the same goes for white citizens standing up for white civil rights. Way too much is being given to the minorities and enough is enough.
