American Solidarity Party Joins Board of Coalition for Free & Open Elections (COFOE)

The American Solidarity Party is now on the board of the Coalition for Free & Open Elections (COFOE), which was founded in 1985 and which is a very loose coalition of most of the nation’s nationally-organized minor parties, along with other organizations that care about ballot access for new and minor parties and independent candidates.

COFOE raises some funds, which are generally used to help pay for ballot access lawsuits. COFOE is expecting to pay for the printing costs soon for the North Carolina challenge to the March 3 independent presidential petition deadline. The Fourth Circuit had upheld that deadline, even as applied to presidential candidates, despite the U.S. Supreme Court having ruled in 1983 in Anderson v Celebrezze that Ohio’s March 20 is too early.

  1. Thanks for the invitation Richard! Happy to be a part of this.

    Skylar Covich
ASP Chair, and representative to COFO Board

  2. Welcome Skylar, great to hear that you’re helping, COFOE is a worthy cause.

Our team is trying to unite with Mises Caucus and everybody under pure proportional representation (PPR) and we need help.

Mark Herd [Libertarian] is hosting the Zoom show and I plan to attend.

Herd and I are trying to build a team around the Los Angeles County L.P. from scratch that will collaborate and stop the one-party voting system currently used by the Los Angeles County L.P. (LPLAC), promoted and welcomed by them.

The LP of Los Angeles County (LPLAC) is currently headed up by our own star Angela McArdle.

The Secretary David Bowers opposes the competition to his one-party insider boss control and we brought motions tp LPLAC in 2019 to fix that but I made a mistake by not getting a copy of the complete set if LPLAC bylaws.

Men, we didn’t do a good enough job to eliminate single-winner election districts under ranked choice voting which brings the one-party voting system and the dictatorship psychology, we love Angela and her excellent work but the Secretary counted the votes wrong.

The one-party system is no good.

America is a melting pot. The one-party voting system is twice as bad as a two-party system.

I have the original paper ballots from 2019 LPLAC meeting and in 2020 they went paperless.

We haven’t made a video about the correct vote count nor have shown the members how when counted correctly my name a Libertarian won but with the copies of the 34 original paper ballots from 2019 our parliament store (APS-IB) can produce a video so to explain better.

If anyone can please help us get off the ground in Los Angeles County, you need not live in the county, and we need your vote(s) next June if you can plan to be there.

You must affiliate with California State LP and request Los Angeles County and you have to follow up to make sure that gets done.

The Los Angeles County L.P. isn’t interested in hearing about pure proportional representation and they don’t know anything about it.

There is a new big group bringing ranked choice voting in single-winner election districts with members sitting on the LNC, the CA LP and the LA County L.P. and the new group for RCV in single-winner election districts has been blocking the competition to the one-party insider boss control. That group brings a one-party voting system under RCV in single-winner election districts where elections get conducted like all LP elections, one-by-one, and the biggest faction always wins (one-party system).

Please, we need help, Los Angeles County is the biggest most populous county of 4000+ counties.

Our team brings 144 population balanced mini-states and the Los Angeles County Mini-state is one of 144.

The new Los Angeles County Mini-state is my faction, trying to work with Mark Herd’s friends and campaign, to bring a three-party voting system to Los Angeles County then to unite all three (or more) factions under pure proportional representation (PPR).

Please try to bring your team to these Zoom shows and be patient since it’s very important we eliminate any residuals of one-party voting systems.

Thanks very much for your time and consideration.

Here’s where we sign up to Mark’s show where you can learn more via Zoom on next Tuesday night.

  3. 14-1 EQUAL ballot access tests for ALL INDIVIDUAL candidates for SAME office in SAME area-

much too difficult for MORON lawyers and worse hack judges since 1968 Williams v Rhodes.

  4. The new Los Angeles County L.P. iniatives will be 100% inclusive and all those attending the monthly Zoom Shows will be elected.

There is no cap on numbers of names being nominated and everyone may start picking executive seats for Los Angeles County L.P. and you need not be a resident of California.

We are unsure of the final results and the Los Angeles County Mini-state is insisting that no single-winner election districts ever used on this LP convention unlike anywhere anyone has seen before.

  5. To all Kentuckians for Ranked Choice Voting (RCV)

The one-party voting system has been bringing the dictatorship psychology since Google was founded when Sergie Brin collaborated with insider bosses from Green Party.

Brin wanted “click the search”, “click the ad” and “click the like”, but all those are approval voting (AppV) and one-party systems so to bring “voting” like my work but pure proportional representation had very strict math.

    AppV = one-party system

    Plurality voting = two-party system

Limited voting = three-party system (in two-winner election district such as Prez and VP)

The USA Constitution uses AppV, two Elector votes for two seats, the one-party voting system. The reason we have two-party system under US Constitution is because general elections use one-party voting system.

Google founders deleted all our work in 1997 and brought worldwide one-party system dictatorship psychology and math worldwide.

I posted that RCV in single-winner election districts brings a one party system and I was deleted from the group Kentukians for RCV because they said I was negative to RCV.

I assure everyone that RCV in multiple-winner election districts, is the only way for pure proportional representation, two-winner election districts under ranked choice voting brings the three-party system.

Debate in the math was not welcomed by them = dictatorship psychology of one-party voting systems

RCV in single-winner election districts = one-party system which is wrong math.

The one-party dictatorship psychology is also displayed when I was deleted for opposing RCV in single-winner election districts in California facebook page for RCV.
