On December 7, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to take up the case Kelly v Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 20A98. Justice Samuel Alito had referred the case to the entire court, which then rejected it without noted dissent from any justice.

  17. Military takeover is the correct solution if legal defense of the legitimate vote fails. The communist takeover attempt is not just some simple move to steal an election. If they were to get away with it, which they won’t, they will commence by far the greatest mass slaughter in human history. Conservative leaders in Europe were forced to reach the same conclusion in the last century when that was what the choice came down to in Europe.

    This is why strong leaders like Pinochet and others throughout Latin America among other places had to resort to martial law to stop communism, the same step we need to take now. My fellow veterans at the VFW and Foreign Legion posts agree. Sometimes, you have to drop some commies out of copters to save your country and this more than any time in human history is one of those times.

If unconstitutional, as YOU coup boys claim, then all ballots from said “unconstitutional” elections are prohibited, which would include their EC votes as well.

    Quorum would exclude the 62 EC “unconstitutional” elections in WI, MI, PA and GA, and completely disfranchise these states…they would have no say either way.

    Now either you coup boys believe in what you say or you don’t. Which is it?

    You can play all the hypotheticals you will, hotshot. Biden will be inaugurated. And Trump? Well, good ol’ Tropicana will continue his descent into madness.   29. And nothing in the 12th Amendment says anything about excluding states which did not send electors. ALL members of Congress from ALL states would be allowed to participate in their respective state delegations.

  30. As far as the Texas case, 49 states and DC have met the safe harbor deadline, meaning congress must accept their electoral votes regardless. Yes, the Supreme Court could technically rule their electoral votes invalid, but it would be the responsibility of congress to not count the slate of electors, and with Democrats holding a majority in the House, that will not happen.

    Also, I am 100% certain the Supreme Court will rule a Texas AG doesn’t have standing to challenge the election laws of other states.

    IF the election is “unconstitutional,” then ALL ballots (both up and down) are invalid. Therefore, you would have VACANT US House Districts (and possibly US Senate) in those state that YOU boys seek to disfranchise under YOUR claims of an unconstitutional election.

  34. No, Becker. At this point, I decline tracking further scenarios and hypotheticals. I stay with facts…or their lack. E.g. 3rd District US appellate Judge Stephanos Bibas (who was appointed by Trump in 2017) rejected the Trump-pet-ista suit in Pennsylvania saying:

    “Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.”

    3rd District, 11th District, Supreme Court, innumerable state courts…all have said the Trump-pet-istas have nothing but boo-hoo-hoo whining. Like I said, the Cracker Jack toy in the box is what you get. Don’t like it? Get another box next time.

  36. I am not pro-Trump or pro-Biden; but, I believe four states should have their votes for President decertified by the Supreme Court for one reason alone: to point out those states and make them fix their incompetence and being biased.
