  1. RIP then to the MAGA Patriots Party, since it seems that plan is no longer needed.

  2. I have spent several months in Nebraska and I never saw a marijuana plant growing there.

  3. Treat adults like adults with ALL natural plants / chemicals.

IF they cause the adult to do torts/crimes, then NOOO excuse = adult full liability.

  4. Interestingly, the word ‘NOW’ in the party’s name will be capitalized on Nebraska ballots and official state forms.
The name of the party is taken from the popular chant: Q. “What do we want?” A. “Legal marijuana.” Q. “When do we want it?” A. “NOW!”
In the universe of the worldwide web, writing in all capitol letters indicates that you’re shouting.
Apparently in Nebraska punctuation, of sorts, is allowed. And party leaders organizing the petition drive found a way to yell out their demand, in black and white, right on the ballot.

  5. 70% of the general public supports making cannabis legal but it’s still illegal federally and in most states. The political system is out of whack.
