Michigan State Court Doesn’t Resolve Intraparty Dispute in Michigan Libertarian Party

On April 17, a Michigan state trial court dismissed the intraparty lawsuit filed by one faction of the Michigan Libertarian Party.  Judge Aaron Gauthier of the Cheyboygan Circuit Court said the plaintiffs must appeal to the Michigan State Libertarian Judicial Committee before expecting a court to intervene.  Saliba v Chadderdon, 2024-9034-cz.

  2. If you are too stupid to not list the correct office, you shouldn’t be on the ballot.

  3. David, true, but what does that have to do with this? This one is about a fake party which claimed to be an affiliate of the libertarians, even though they have one, so the real affiliate sued them and I think may be also vice versa. The judge ruled they need to take it to their party’s own internal judicial committee before they go to court. Of course, the judicial committee will not vote for the fake party officials.

    If that has anything to do with listing his office on the ballot I’m lost about what that would be?
