In the November 2006 elections, the most successful Reform Party candidate for an important office was Eric Eidsness. He polled 11.3% in a 3-way race for U.S. House in Colorado’s 4th district. He recently changed his registration to join the Democratic Party, and he plans to run for the same seat in 2008 as a Democrat. In 2006, the 4th district was won by Republican incumbent Marilyn Musgrave with only 45.6%.
Ya can’t really blame him. Like Nevadian Bruce Westcott, he got just over zero reporting in the party’s own news letter, reflector, and teleconferences.
That is sad to hear. I used to support the Reform Party, but they aren’t doing much these days in my state.
Was he [Eidsness] talking to P2000 Reform Party hopeful [Rocket Science] Bob Bowman, serious Dem for Congress near Marathon [and or Melbourne] FLorida?
He was never a real Reform Party, he just used the Reform Party ballot access.
