Whats the point?
New Mexico law requires requires parties to either hold a presidential primary on the day of the state primary or have some other activity. The state primary in New Mexico is on June 3, for both Democrats and Republicans, but only the GOP will include a presidential ballot.
The Democrats had a party-run primary on February 5th.
Why is Huckabee on the ballot when he officially dropped out?
Ron Paul is still in the race so the ticket/ballot should only have McCain and Paul.
