Jesse Ventura Will Not Run for U.S. Senate — No Comments
I’m disappointed that he won’t run and challenge the two party system in Minnesota.
But I’m even more disappointed that he keeps talking as though McCain and Obama are the only choices for president. I wish he would endorse/support a third party candidate.
He would have won and could have set himself up as a viable third party candidate for president. I would have considered donating to him even though I do not agree with him on everything.
What does he think should happen now?
I heard that if he decided not to run, he would support his former 98′ gubernatorial campaign manager for the Senate race.
#4: If you mean Dean Barkley, he’s already said that he’s not running.
Oh, that’s too bad.
Another opportunity lost. Thanks a lot, Jesse.
Dean Barkley said last night that he’s reconsidering and may run after all.
I hope Barkley does run. At least he has been in the U.S. Senate before however briefly.
Ventura said last night on that disgusting Larry King’s show that he would NOT vote for McCain or Obama, that, in fact, he might not even vote at all.
