Ohio does not vote for Governor this year, hence the OLP isn’t running any candidates for that office.
The Oklahoma case will aid the cause of Independent Presidential candidates in Oklahoma, if successful. While that is a worthy short-term goal, it would achieve nothing for political parties.
I am convinced that abolition of all restrictions on ballot access is the best and only ultimate goal.
