The week of July 28-August 1 will probably see several ballot access lawsuits filed. Most likely states are Alabama, California, and Illinois, with possibilities also in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia.
Don’t just tease us! What are these potential lawsuits about and who is going to file them?

Sometimes lawyers don’t like it when someone says what they are going to file, before they actually file.

I won’t editorialize other than to say that, except for a few contentious moments, they acquit themselves at least as well as the major party candidates do in their “debates.”
