Good luck to Barr and Moore!
Wow, that’s a really quick time frame….is that good or bad?
Is Louisiana in the same US District as Texas? Is the Texas case in Federal Court?
PEACE
Steve
The Texas case is in the Texas Supreme Court.
The judge has no rational reason to rule in favor of the State of Louisiana. The state was obviously not open for business during the final days up to the filing deadline, and the state has no interest in keeping these candidates off the ballot. It is in the interest of the voters and fair elections to have them on the ballot.
This is another hopeful case for Barr.
Today could turn out to be a great day for Liberty.
