I believe Keyes-Obama has a hearing March 19, 2009, in California Superior Court of Sacramento, if I’m not mistaken.

So, when does somebody have a right to check for the enforcement of Constitutional law. Whether he’s legal or not, somebody should be allowed to challenge it in court. It appears no-one is allowed to challenge this issue. So much for Constitutional law?%^&&
Once again the SCOTUS tosses aside another tin-foil-hat nut job’s distraction.
When will these poker players and dentists (excuse me, correspondence school lawyer) be properly chided for wasting important people’s time?
On an AIP Conference Call this week, someone explained even constitutional lawyers do not study the constitution. They study CASE LAW, not the constitution itself.
On the other hand, someone like Alan Keyes studied CONSTITUTIONAL THEORY … he studied the constitution, itself.
Any U.S. Senator was free to challenge, when Congress counted the electoral vote. In January 2005, Senator Barbara Boxer challenged the Bush electors from Ohio, although her protest did not prevail. Any Senator could have protested the Obama votes when the electoral votes were counted in early January 2009. No Senator did so.
Waiting for the REPUBLICAN’S to challenge something
isn’t going to happen. The Rep & Dem Senator’s are the same.
It’s a sad commentary that out of 100, no Senator had the moral courage to question Obama’s eligibilty. It’s high time for citizen-statesmen with some integrity to replace the whole lot of them.

I have this old-fashioned idea that when you file a lawsuit, you actaually bring proof to court. You know stuff like sworn depositions, documents, witnesses. That seems pretty basic, even in something as simple as a traffic ticket. These idiots have the nerve to go to the Supreme Court without a shred of evidence and then people actually come on here and defend them.
Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. By that standard, Berg, Taitz, Keyes and anyone who defends them are insane.
None of the people who brought these lawsuits were permitted to submit any evidence. If a court says the plaintiff doesn’t have standing, then there is no opportunity for evidence-gathering.
richard-Let’s put court aside for the moment. All of these “plaintiffs” have web sites that fill whole server banks with conjectures and “what if’s”. But you would look in vain for anything that would even approximate actual evidence. Obama’s birth certificate is prima facie valid, not just in a court of law, but in the court of public opinion. Anyone can pull out their own birth certificate and see a document with similar or identical information. To overcome that you need more than well, maybe he was born in Kenya. Maybe I’m the tooth fairy.
To all of those that say that they will not accept Obama as President, who cares.
To those who are accusing the Supreme Court as being on the take, you are completely wrong. The only issue in all of the cases so far has been standing. Only the Senate and the House have standing to challenge the President through impeachment and certification of election of the President. Citizens exercise their control through the ballot. This is the way the Constitution is written. The Supreme Court has reached the correct decisions on the birth cases by applying the Constution, one thousand years of English common law and the rulings in prior Supreme COurt cases.
I would suggest that if you do not like the way the country is run, leave and go back to the country your ancestors came from. You should be thankful you live in a country that allows you to spread gossip, conjecture, rumors and fairy tales as the truth.

Such people occasionally start revolutions. Perhaps their complaints are not well founded but they still deserve a hearing. In this case the appropriate venue was the Congress – not the Courts. Ignoring their concerns only foments more frustration, suspicion and anger. Everyone in the Congress choose to ignore them. That’s very poor politics. Perhaps, we do need a revolution just because our rulers are so arrogant.
Obama won the election. He is now the President. That part is over.
He knows this controversy is ongoing. If he actually has a legitimate US birth certificate, he should arrange for it to be presented in some public forum.
#16- Did Congress ignore the “birthers”? Perhaps members of Congress looked at Obama’s COLB, compared it to the documents that their own states provide and found it to be quite in order. Perhaps they looked at the opposing arguments, which all of them received from their constituents and various other parties, and found them to be nothing but wild speculation unsupported by facts.
Some of you people are idiots! Obama is a liar and a fraud. Idiot Americans voted him into the Presidency. Nobody or nothing is going to get him out!! Blah, blah, blah, blah! There isn’t an honest politician in this country with any balls!
