Chief Judge Scopelitis of the St. Joseph Superior
Court issued a “secret emergency order” on Thursday
to keep Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes in jail over the
weekend so no bond can be posted. Then Judge Scopelitis posts the order after Alan Keyes is arrested. The Chief Judge did what you suggested,
viz., “throw away the key”.
I think his action by Judge Scopelitis is an “ex post facto attinctura” in violation of Art. 1, Section 10 of the United States Constitution.

Obviously their beef is with the majority of the student body who support the President’s visit.
After the speech is over I hope the protesters continue to picket the students at Notre Dame University against their utter depravity for allowing Obama to speak.

for protesting Obama’s visit. McCorvey took a

either June 26, 2008 (a Thursday) or June 27, 2008
(a Friday). As of today no one within the “Baldwin
camp” will admit they have met with Dr. Don Grundmann at a “convention” on those dates. I have talked with Elliott Graham, Warren M. Campbell, Tabatha Sevedra, Charles Deemer, & Gary
Odem. All claim that they did not met with Don
Grundmann for a “convention” on June 26 or 27, 2008. Dr. Don Grundmann is back to his normal self
and giving out disinformation.
Late last year James King sued Ed Noonan the Chairman of the American Independent Party, with the California State Printer and the California Secretary of State, claiming that the American Independent Party 2006 organizational meeting may
have been void because it may have taken place
in Rancho Cordova and that is outside of the limits
of the City of Sacramento. Under the California
Election Code section 7620 and subsection 7608(b)the AIP Conventions and organizational meetings
of the State Central Committee must take place
in Sacramento. James King claimed that the location of the 2006 convention was not in Sacramento and Chairman Ed Noonan asseverated that
the 2006 organizational meeting of the American
Independent Party State Central Committee was in
Sacramento, because Mr. Noonan took the view that
term Sacramento made reference to the County of
Sacramento, while Mr. James King took the view that
Sacramento met within the city limits only. The
Judge agreed with Ed Noonan’s view and against James King’s view on what was the legislative intent of the term Sacramento in California Election Code subsection 7608 (b). Mr. King did
not appeal.
At the 2008 Convention of the American Independent
Party held in the Auditorium of the California Secretary of State Building, Sacramento, California on July 5, 2008. I was the elected
chairman of that convention. Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes was selected as the American Independent Party’s choice for President of these United States at that convention. Don Grundmann was present at that Convention, but he did not want Dr. Keyes to be President of these United States.

There is a very simple solution to the problem of Alan Keyes. Look in his eyes and it is immediately obvious that he is not of earthly origin. Simply deport him back to his home planet and let them deal with him.
It seems we’ve become a society where the only thing that matters is the legal constitutional right to do something. Consideration for the thoughts and wishes of others is no longer of any value. A convocation day belongs to the students who worked to achieve their goals and to their families and friends who supported them in achieving that goal. The students chose to invite the President and he accepted. Anyone who doesn’t approve can stay away, especially those who are neither students nor their guests. Period. End of story. It’s not as though there aren’t 10,000 other fora where the opposing viewpoints on issues are debated ad nauseum.

The direct core of the problem is giving honor to a person who in all of his actions demonstrated and teaches a total contempt for the value of human life which is a core teaching of the Christian church. Students may invite who they will but when the university gives honor to someone such as Obama who even supported the killing of a child who would survive a abortion this shows 1) how intellectually and philosophically bankrupt the Catholic school system as a whole is when its flagship school shows such contempt for its fundamental teachings and 2) how ever more morally collapsed our nation is.
