On August 7, this poll was released for the special California U.S. House election, 10th district. The first round is set for September 1. The poll (by identifying which Democrat and Republican will likely survive the first round) shows that the run-off on November 3 will probably be between these five candidates: Democrat John Garamendi, Republican David Harmer, Green Jeremy Cloward, Peace & Freedom member Mary McIlroy, and American Independent Party member Jerry Denham.

Poll in California’s Special U.S. House Race, 10th District — 2 Comments

  1. Jerry Denham supported the Constitution Party’s Chuck Baldwin for President in 2008 and the Constitution Party supports Jerry Denham for Congress in the 10th District this special election in 2009! Good luck, Jerry!

    Nightingale for Governor in 2010!

  2. That news to me! When and where did the Constitution Party support Jerry Denham for Congress in the 10th District this special election
    in 2009?

Denham will clean up the mess in Washington, DC.

Vote for Denham as a Representative in Congress from California. The whole 10th District should
    vote in Denham for Congress.

Has Gary Odom moved back to California? If so,
what is his recommadation as how the State Central
Committee of the AIP should deal with its former Chairperson Nancy for filing with the SOS the January 10, 2006, letter that told the Secretary of State that the
State Central Committee voted sometime in the
period of January 1, 2006 through January 10, 2006,to have a open primary, under the term of
S.B. 28, when the State Central Committee did not
    meet during that time period.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
Independent Party and an Executive Committeeman of the America’s Independent Party. The America’s
Independent Party has been the natioinal affiliate to the American Independent Party since
    June 27, 2008.

After, June 27, 2008 meeting of the AIP state central committee had no affiliation with the Constitution Party.
