Charles S. Faddis is a former Assistant Attorney General for Washington state, and also, for 20 years, was a CIA Operations officer. Between 2006 and 2008, he was Deputy Chief of the CIA’s Counter-Terrorism Center. He is also the author of “Beyond Repair” (a book about the CIA) and co-author of “Operation Hotel California”, and he has been a blogger on the Huffington Post. In this article, he says that he has decided to become active in the Reform Party and that he will attempt to re-build the party in his home state of Maryland.
well that sounds interesting. Will be looking forward to see how that goes
It sounds very interesting but….well to be blunt Mr. Faddis is repeating a lot of the same problems the Reform Party has always had. The Reform Party is against the Dems and the GOP. Bravo! What is the Reform Party for? Well….and so Pat Buchanan, Jesse Ventura, John Hagelin and the Natural Law meditation gang, Ross Perot, Jack Gargan, Lenora Fuliani and the gang break into a battle royal! Bring in the steel chair! I wish Mr. Faddis well but the Reform Party needs to be for something and not just against something.
This is pretty interesting. This is the second state to get press about rebuilding their Reform Party behind New Jersey, my home state.
I have heard and talked to some great people in abou a dozen other states who will rebuilding their SPOs.
I have a small feeling 2012 we will see the real re-launch of the Reform Party of course it won’t be at a larger scale operation, but the pieces are starting to come together.
Being from the CIA casts any potential for reform into serious doubt. There are plenty of non CIA affiliated pepple who can lead the reform.
“I wish Mr. Faddis well but the Reform Party needs to be for something and not just against something.”
I hope Faddis and other Nova Reforists realize the tawdrie swamp that they are getting prepared to swim in ………….
For a guy whom lives down the street from Unity 08 and Modern Whigs, he sure seems to like ‘baggage’ for little or no Ballot Access …………..
