  1. When vacancies happen in the Representation from any State, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies.

Art. I, Sec. 2, para. 4 — of the nearly DEAD U.S.A. Constitution.

shall suddenly becomes *may* in this New Age of EVIL rotten to the core regimes.

  2. Can’t afford an election? Perhaps Congress should award the seat to a state that CAN like Utah. I’ll bet Hawaii would find the money real fast if that were to be suggested.

  3. The Fed regime grants BILLIONS of dollars to the States for all sorts of big govt stuff.

NO money for special elections to stimulate the local HI economy ???

  4. Remedy –

Legislative body candidates/incumbents file rank order lists of replacements. Default – the legislative body appoints a replacement.

More and more EVIL monsters in the world plotting attacks on Democracy — i.e. on legislative bodies — think a giant 7 Dec 1941 surprise attack.

    Need replacements 24/7.
