Arizona HB 2441, to require presidential candidates to submit proof of meeting the constitutional qualifications when they file to be on the ballot, appears dead. Although it passed its first committee hurdle in January, it has not made any progress since. Here is a link to the bill.
Richard Winger,
Please post HB 2441 by link. I was in Arizona on April 1st working on pushing it.
If one looks at the birth certificate of John McCain one
will note he was born in the Republic of Panama to a mother that was not employed by either the United States
Government nor the Panama Railroad Company at the time of his birth. The date of birth was August 29, 1936. He was born in Colon, Panama, which was external to the
Panama Canal Zone. Colon is an island that on August 29, 1936 was under the jurisdiction of the United States
but was outside of the territory of the United States.
McCain mother never was married to John McCain II at any
time prior to the birth of John McCain II. John McCain III in his book Faith of My Fathers comes up with TJ, Baja California as the marriage location of Roberta Wright and John McCain II. McCain claims that his parents were married in a bar. However, a certificate
on non-marriage was recorded on October 28, 2008 at the
Recorders Office at Lordsburg, New Mexico. At no point
in John McCain II’s life did he go to a Pamama Court
and acknowled John McCain III as his son. John McCain III did not quilify as a member of the class cover in the Colective Naturalization Act For Panama of August 4, 1937, because his mother never married and she was not employed by the United States Government nor the Panama Railroad Company.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party.
P.S. The AIP headquarter has all the documents.
OK, I put a link in the post.
