The West Virginia Constitution Party petition for U.S. Senate has enough valid signatures, so the party’s U.S. Senate nominee, Jeff Becker, will appear on the November ballot.
The New York Libertarian Party statewide petition also succeeded. Although someone filed a general challenge to that petition, the challenger did not subsequently follow through with specific objections.

When President Andrew Jackson (a Deist) lost the political battle to prevent the “Fictional Character” called a Corporation to be legalized, then human decisions can no longer be held responsible for their “Crimes.” President “Andy” Jackson said; “When the professional politicians legalized the fictional corporation then our Democracy will in time be changed into a modern feudalistic society controlled by those who believe that theu and only they have the “Divine Right to Rule!” I call it a modern Feudocracy.
