   The Electoral College is a pillar of our Republic – a brilliant plan to ensure that residents of just a few heavily populated cities don’t control the entire election.

   We all need to keep in mind that the President is not the president of the people, but rather the president of the States united. He is the governor of governors.

   Electoral College reforms needed:
   1) Other 48 states to follow the lead of Maine and Nebraska and go with a district system of electing their Electoral voters.
   2) With #1 accomplished, voters in each congressional district will be selecting only three (3) members of the EC: their congressional Electoral Collegiate and two at-large statewide members.
   3) With #1 and #2 in place, it is now feasible to place the actual names of Electoral College niominees on the ballot. Each political party or independent presidential candidate will have only three names per congressional district. This results in likely no more than eighteen names on the ballot.
   4) To simplify #3 and encorage a more informed electorate, eliminate printing political affiliations with these Electors.

6. The Electoral College is one of the 3 EVIL and CORRUPT ANTI-Democracy (i.e. OLIGARCHY) minority rule gerrymander systems in the U.S.A. regime.

If these figures should prove to be accurate, then this will be the VERY first election in its history as a state that California has not gained at least one House seat in a Congressional re-apportionment. I wonder just how close California is to gaining its 54th seat. Also, with Utah now gaining its fourth seat, it would be interesting to see which state came closest to gaining another seat. Which could very well mean that the District of Columbia may have foolishly THROWN away its best opportunity to achieve FULL voting status in the House of Representatives with an increase to 437 in the membership of the House.

    In May 1775 the news of the start of the WAR on 19 Apr 1775 IN Mass. got to the 2nd Continental Congress — a political lightning bolt.

    As an EMERGERCY matter each State in the 2CC was permitted to have ONE vote.

    In the 1787 top secret Federal Convention the EVIL compromise was made due to the EVIL conspiracy by the EVIL small States and the EVIL slave States to have the EVIL U.S.A. Senate and Electoral College and the EVIL 3/5 clause for U.S.A. Rep. math.

    1/3 of the EVIL wiped out the very hard way by the 13th Amdt and 14th Amdt, Sec. 2 for U.S.A. Reps. {but with gerrymander math).
