On March 31, the Delaware Senate Administrative Services & Elections Committee passed HB 11. This is the bill that tells parties they cannot nominate a non-member. Ironically, less than a week ago, a U.S. District Court Judge in New Mexico invalidated an identical New Mexico law.

Now the bill goes to the full Senate.
