This SurveyUSA poll surveys Florida Republicans who are likely to vote in that state’s presidential primary next year. It shows that Mitt Romney has 27% support, and Herman Cain is second at 25%. But, it also shows that Republican voters under age 65 prefer Cain to Romney. It also shows that males of all age groups prefer Cain above all other contenders. Thanks to Political Wire for the link.
Yet Florida is a big retirement state, so the voters 65 and over are a good percentage of the electorate.
That said, as long as Perry sinks in the polls- I’m happy, and as long as Ron Paul surges in the polls- I’ll be even more happy.
— so is POTUS candidate Cain a natural born citizen of the United States?
— and Ron Paul for that matter.
New York State Supreme Court Kings County may very soon want to know what the NYS-BOE is doing regarding the 2012 ballot access

There was a big difference based on landline/cell phone, and much less difference based on other things such as ideology or political positions.
It is this difference which likely produced the age differential, since cell phone users are younger. But there is a reasonable possibility that cell phone users who were willing to be surveyed may not be representative of cell phone users. And the polling method may have also produced different responses. It is illegal to war dial cell phones or use recorded messages, so the cell phones were hand dialed, and live interviewed (or using the interface on a smart phone) both of which might produce different responses.
@2 Of course Cain and Paul are natural born citizens. Don’t be silly.
Florida has a huge over 65 population. Even if Cain has overwhelming support from young voters, he will lose if he can’t get support from the retirees.
Cain, Paul and all the other primary and general election candidates for POTUS/VPOTUS 2012
— at least in NYS during the 2012 POTUS nominating and election political cycle all candidates will challenged to prove that they are nbc eligible (born in US to two citizens at the time of candidate’s birth)
Natural born has nothing to do with citizenship of parents.
Mostly missing from the news thus far, the fact that Cain is a medical walking time-bomb.
He had Stage-4 liver AND colon cancer.
Look up the data on the return of same over X years.
Especially liver cancer. This isn’t the typical prostate cancer or skin cancer we’ve seen in prior candidates.

When that is fully known by most of the public I doubt he could ever be elected as president. VP perhaps, but doubtful.
in New York State the parents citizenship status at birth of Paul and other POTUS candidates matters.
Yeah all the way Mitt Romney!
