Larry Meeker, a former Vice-President of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank, and a former two-term Mayor of Lake Quivira, Kansas, will run as an independent candidate for the Kansas House of Representatives, 17th district. So, he instead petitioned to be on the ballot as an independent candidate.
