On September 13, the Kansas State Objections Board, consisting of the Lieutenant Governor, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of State, heard a challenge to President Obama’s name being listed on the November ballot. The Board postponed making any decision about the matter until next week. See this news story, which suggests that Kansas officials will be seeking information about President Obama’s birth certificate from Hawaii officials.
The Board also rejected an appeal by the Americans Elect Party of Kansas to list Roseanne Barr on the ballot as the Americans Elect nominee. The board did not explain the basis for its decision. Casey Peters presented the Americans Elect Party of Kansas case via telephone speaker phone, because at the time he was physically in his state of residence, California. No one argued against the Barr nomination except for an employee of the Kansas Secretary of State. It is not known if the Board’s decision will be explained in writing.
Interesting. Electoral-wise, Obama probably wouldn’t care if he isn’t on the ballot in KS anyway b/c it’s a lockup for Romney and only a smattering of Electoral Votes. It’s probably more of an embarassment to his campaign P.R. wise if he doesn’t get on. If Obama is out (which I think is very unlikely), this paves the way for an interesting dogfight between Romney and Johnson.
I hope the Board contacts Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s COLD CASE POSSE lead Investigator MIKE ZULLO to get the REAL information on Obama’s 2 FORGED Birth Certificates before they make a decision on Monday. Here in Florida, there is NO vetting, certifcation, or verification process to vet ANY candidate for ANY office.
Tough talk, but someone will get to him. Kansas is not exactly a swing state so some may think its unimportant as to whether obama is on the ballot or not. They can’t let that happen because it will set precedence. It will open the floodgates. Mark my word. This official or judge or whoever he is will toe the line like all the rest. He will be gotten to and straightened out. Watch and see.

There is ample evidence that Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen. All one has to do is check Obama’s book “Dreams of My Father” where Obama names his father Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. a citizen of Kenya. The Constitution states that a candidate for president must be born of TWO citizens of the USA. Obama’s foreign born father disqualifies Obama from being qualified for president. Obama is a fraud. Our Congress is guilty of letting an illegal alien act as president for over 3 years. Isn’t that Treason? Obama’s birth in Kenya further disqualifies Obama for president. As in numerous previous qualifying cases Obama will issue orders to the judge to dismiss the case. This is how dictators come to power.
Forget Hawaii providing any info on Obama. Hawaii is one big fraud and they have no legal birth certificate for Obama. Check Sheriff Arpaio of Arizona for evidence on Obama.

People born in the territories of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, Palmyra Atoll and the Northern Marianas are also citizens at birth. People born in American Samoa are not citizens of the United States, but are nationals of the united States at birth. Persons born to non-citizens in other minor territories of the united states (Wake Island, Midway ect) have an ambiguous status that has not yet been determined, though various courts have indicated that such persons would be able to claim US nationality if such a matter was ever brought before the courts.

@17 – Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Panama Canal Zone WAS NEVER U.S. territory. It was a lend-lease agreement between the Republic of Panama and the U.S.of A. for a certain amount of gold coin. Read the original treaty signed by Teddy Roosevelt, and the release treaty signed by Jimmy Carter. Also of importance is that, per his released birth certificate, John McCain WAS NOT born on Coco Solo Naval Air Station. It was a very small base just prior to WWII and they did not have adequate medical facilities there. John McCain was born in a hospital in Colon, Republic of Panama.
This is important information because Barack Obama sponsored and voted for Senate Resolution 511 in April 2008 which declared John McCain a “natural born U.S. citizen” based on his father’s citizenship and irregardless of his birth in a country foreign to his father’s. I think you can see the double-standard here. This CANNOT WORK BOTH WAYS. If John McCain is a foreign-born natural born American based upon his father’s American citizenship, than logical and sane persons can only conclude that Barack Obama is at least a foreign-born natural born Kenyan.

Yes, Obama was a Kenyan citizen when he was born. He was also an American citizen when he was born. There’s nothing to stop him from having been both. He’s no longer a Kenyan citizen though.
