How about blocking Demo Rep from trolling.
If anything, all of our legislative bodies have too few members. This makes it easier for special interests to lobby, since there are fewer lawmakers who need to be influenced. Also, the fewer the members, the less representative the legislature will be, and so any vote will less likely reflect the will of the people.
