Maryland Senate Passes Bill to Let Voters Register at Early Voting Locations, and then Immediately Cast a Vote

On March 11, the Maryland Senate passed SB 279, which lets unregistered individuals register to vote at early voting locations, and then they could vote immediately afterwards. This isn’t quite election-day registration, but comes close.
