1. A Recall effort has been started against Jerry Brown. He will be served the Statement of Intent as soon as the end of next week. The effort is Coalition of several Political and Social Entities. Stay tuned. He must be fired, regardless of 2014, he can do too much damage over the next 14 months if not put in check by a Recall effort.

2. TO THE HONORABLE EDMUND G. (JERRY) BROWN JR., Pursuant to Section 11020 of the California Election Code, the undersigned qualified voters of the State of California, hereby give notice that we are the proponents of a recall petition and that we intend to seek your recall and removal from the office of Governor of California and to demand election of a successor in that office. The grounds for the recall are as follows:
   Endangering children by using Public Schools as laboratories for social experimentation and for the fulfillment of political promises and deal making with pressure groups, endangering Public Safety by releasing criminals onto the streets of California, abrogating your constitutional responsibility by failing to defend all provisions of the California Constitution as required by your Oath of Office, specifically, your refusal to defend the voter approved Proposition 8, i.e. placing your personal views ahead of your constitutional responsibilities, your transforming California into the highest taxed State in the USA resulting in individuals and business fleeing the State, gross fiscal and administrative mismanagement and incompetence that is rapidly transforming California into a statewide “Detroit” due to your philosophy of placing pressure group politics over good governance.
