  1. How many math MORONS are there – esp. poli sci profs ???

    Gerrymanders control ALL (or about 99 percent plus) –

    1/2 votes x 1/2 gerrymander pack/crack districts =

    1/4 control or less — with whatever primary structures picking the later gerrymander winners.
