On November 4, a Texas 2014 gubernatorial poll was released by the University of Texas and the Texas Tribune. The pollsters presumed that Greg Abbott would be the Republican nominee, Wendy Davis the Democratic nominee, and Kathie Glass the Libertarian nominee.
