In 2011, the Wisconsin legislature passed one of the nation’s most severe laws concerning photo-ID for voters who vote at the polls. The new law has not been enforced yet and has been in litigation since 2011. The first federal lawsuit filed against the law, Frank v Walker, eastern district 2:11cv-1128, had a trial November 4-8, 2013, and post-trial briefs are due December 20. The case is before U.S. District Court Judge Lynn Adelman, a Clinton appointee. Unlike some other cases, this case has over a dozen voter-plaintiffs who make a compelling case that they cannot obtain the type of ID that the law requires, at least without a substantial cost and effort. Here is a New York Times editorial about the lawsuit. Here is a copy of the Complaint. Thanks to ElectionLaw@Moritz for that link.
A person is or is NOT a qualified Elector (aka Voter) in any jurisdiction.
How many communist Donkeys want UN-qualified persons being Electors — to enact the communist Donkey agenda into law ???
i.e. is ALL of the voter I.D. stuff one more step on the road to Civil WAR II ???
How about a compromise? If a voter fills out a ballot, witnessed by poll watchers, and marks a straight Republican ticket, he or she will be allowed to vote without presenting any ID at all.
You are too stupid to be allowed to live.
During relocation to Wisconsin, I inquired at 4 different offices for setting up my residency and voter registration to the 2012 election. When asked Republican or Democrat at all sites / a reply Republican evoked a response of procedure to register. / a reply Democrat evoked a response on how I could (using my old states address and new address) I could vote 3 times in wisconsin and absentee in my old state.
Talk about a reason for photo id requirements.
When it comes to boxing protection the boxing gloves and other components are very
essential that both the gamers use the protection components.
