Ballotpedia Posts Information on Ballot Access Laws in Each State for All Types of Candidates

Ballotpedia is a web page that began in 2006. At first it had information solely about ballot measures in each state. The founders of the page have expanded the contents to many more fields, including details on the existing ballot access laws for candidates for federal and state office. See here.

  1. Oh, so it doesn’t contain the actual signatures requirements per say, but a lot of information about ballot access otherwise. Looks like a great deal of useful and interesting information! Great resource!

  3. Lots and lots of UNEQUAL ballot access laws regarding third parties and independents — due to lots and lots of MORON lawyers and judges since Williams v. Rhodes in 1968- a mere 46 years ago.

    Each election is N-E-W — which means EQUAL ballot access tests for ALL candidates for the same office in the same area.

  4. The laws are incredibly unequal. If you are in Indiana and bothered by this, please look into my campaign. I am the only Secretary of State candidate making a strong stand on equal access for all candidates who meet the constitutional requirements.
