Illinois State Court Holds Oral Argument on Whether to Remove Libertarian Statewide Slate from Ballot — 3 Comments

  1. A minor victory toward a needed major victory to allow all 3rd parties which prove a minimum of legitimacy to have the ballot at all elections, with requirements being no greater or equal to that required for major parties. I think the Florida ballot access laws which came into being as a result of a statewide constitutional amendment several years ago is the example which gives fairness to 3rd partisans and independents.

  2. This is america, is it not? I thought we had the rights to vote the way we want. I am glad we won. The point I am making is that the status quo parties who represent Americans say because we want to vote libertarians they might as well say we are not Americans if they want to stop us for voting the way we want because it is not the way they want.
