See this story, which explains why Alaska vote-counting takes so long. As of November 10, there are 53,000 uncounted ballots.

Vote counters are rare. The divisive and exclusionary nature of single-winner districts and election laws really do compound the problem.

The All Party System Co. is looking for volunteer vote counters. We can even pay in company stocks.
