Arizona Supreme Court Won’t Require U.S. House Recount to be Done with Different Equipment

On December 2, the Arizona Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed by some voters in Arizona’s 2nd U.S. House district, claiming that state law requires that the recount that is about to start must use different vote-counting equipment than the equipment used for the first count. See this story.
