The Filing Fee is the easiest way for all of these situations. Plus the money collected via the filing fee goes to help with the costs of holding the elections.
Just don’t understand why the legislators of our states don’t understand this. They are all the time talking about there is not enough money for this or for that. But then again, when I see major parties using all kinds of legislation and tricks to keep 3rd party and Independents off the ballot, then I have the answer to my question.
