Wouldn’t this pretty much move the NH Presidential Primary into December of this year?

Fine with me. If Iowa and New Hampshire can force their way to the start of the nomination process by their own laws and just because they want to, there’s no reason another state can’t do the same. The Iowa caucuses are not some time-honored tradition passed down from the Founding Fathers. They’re not even as old as, say, Mark Wahlberg or Idina Menzel.
