So Far, No Republican Presidential Candidate Has Asked for Equal Time to Match Trump’s 12 Minutes — 3 Comments

  1. I wonder why the other candidates seem to be throwing away the chance for free time on television like this. Only Lawrence Lessig attempted to get free time in response to Hillary Clinton’s appearance on “SNL,” and now it looks like all of Trump’s Republican opponents might pass up this opportunity as well.

  2. Who do we contact? The United Coalition would like free time on NBC.

The United Coalition has struck gold and by the end of 2016 we may be growing at a pace that we will easily elect a 1,000-member virtual USA Parliament and a 1000-member International Parliament.

We will need more free speech tome for the USA voters to consider a new direction in politics.

Pure proportional representation (PR) is the peaceful decision-making alternative to force and violence.

  3. James: This is just my understanding of the situation, but as far as I know, one would have to be running for the same nomination as Trump to claim the equal time.

Hence, only Hillary Clinton’s Democratic rivals could have claimed equal time for her “SNL” appearance, and only Trump’s Republican rivals could have claimed equal time for his “SNL” appearance.

The United Coalition appears to be involved only in the USA Parliament and its affiliated Parliament elections rather than competing against Trump for the Republican presidential nomination.

When Lawrence Lessig tried to claim equal time from NBC a few weeks back, NBC demanded that he prove that he was a legally qualified candidate for the Democratic nomination … and also that Hillary Clinton was a legally qualified candidate for the same nomination.
