U.S. District Court Judge M. Hannah Lauck says she will issue an opinion in Parson v Alcorn on Thursday, January 14. This is the case on whether it is lawful for voters to be required to sign a statement saying they are Republicans, in order to get a Republican presidential primary ballot.
