North Carolina 3-Judge U.S. District Court Won’t Stay Last Week’s Redistricting Ruling

On February 9, the U.S. District Court in North Carolina that had struck down the state’s U.S. House districts last week refused to stay its own opinion.   1. It seems clear that the Libertarian Party is intent on following the believers of plurality elections as though censorship and inaction is the only alternative and they don’t want to hear anything but one side – the side of the party bosses who are opposed to the unity of the whole.

    Richatd Winger is a pluralist. He wants you to believe he is better than anyone and he thinks that’s how he will win his district, by prohibiting any talk of pure proportional representation by Libertarian candidates on the past and into the future.
