New York Voters Sue Over Failure of Election Officials to Keep Accurate Voter Registration Records

On April 18, some New York voters who have been told that their registration records are either lost, or else show the wrong political party affiliation, filed a federal lawsuit. See this story. According to the story, the case has a hearing at 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 19, which is the date of the New York presidential primary.
