So the convention only had 153 people?
Strange. The vote total was 340.
Maybe some level of proxy voting was allowed?
Yes, each state decided its own delegate process. So, for instance, Utah had more people than delegates, so each one was given 1/3 of a vote ( or something similar if my count is right). While Florida had three people and 29 votes, which allowed a couple of people to cast 10 votes each. I cast all four votes for Alaska, as I was the only one on SLC from there.

I prefer one person, one vote myself.
Am I the only one around here tired of jr’s bitching? Hey jr, you had no chance of winning. All you did was waste yours and everyone else’s time. You knew Castle would be nominated. Most knew this would happen back in 2012. You only have yourself to blame for losing. So take your ball, put on your parka and head back to your igloo. Enough of you.
