The Massachusetts Secretary of State has released a tally of registered voters by party, as of November 1. The web page only lists the qualified parties, but the office has furnished the data for the unregistered parties to me.
The new totals are: Democratic 1,549,828; Republican 484,508; United Independent 30,368; Libertarian 8,846; Green (including both persons registered Green-Rainbow and Green) 6,367; Socialist 466; Constitution 169; Reform 133; Prohibition 13; independent and miscellaneous 2,454,276.
Current percentages are: Democratic 34.18%; Republican 10.68%; United Independent .67%; Libertarian .20%; Green .14%; Socialist .01%; independent and miscellaneous 54.12%.
March 2016 percentages were: Democratic 34.89%; Republican 10.96%; United Independent .39%; Libertarian .20%; Green .12%; Socialist .01%; independent and miscellaneous 53.43%.
Connecticut posted registration data through October 26, but then deleted the link to the press release from the SOTS web site for some reason.
