On November 7, the West Virginia Secretary of State released new registration data. Percentages are: Democratic 44.90%; Republican 31.11%; Libertarian .37%; Green .15%; Constitution .01%; independent and miscellaneous 20.86%.
In February 2016, percentages were: Democratic 47.68%; Republican 29.55%; Libertarian .23%; Green .14%; Constitution .02%; independent and miscellaneous 22.39%.
Richard, I would love to be able to see all of this data graphically making a visual picture of nationwide voter registration movements. Looks like independent and miscellaneous is on the rise everywhere! Democrats falling, slight rise for Republicans, and Libertarians and Greens on the up.
