Cheri Honkala, the Green Party nominee for State House in Pennsylvania’s 197th district, is about to file a federal lawsuit over election law violations in the March 21 special election. On March 30, the Philadelphia Republican Party and the state Republican Party said they will join her lawsuit. See this story.

Per the actual lawsuit, half or more of the first half-dozen claims in it, while unethical, aren’t illegal.
“Voter assists”, especially from partisans, at the voting booth must end. Have the vote spoiled, and let the voter vote again without any affirming eyes.
