The July 1, 2017 registration totals for Delaware can be seen at this link. The percentages: Democratic 47.29%; Republican 28.00%; Independent Party .83%; Libertarian .23%; Green .12%; American Delta .11%; Working Families .06%; Constitution .04%; Reform .01%; independent and miscellaneous 23.31%.
The percentages in November 2016 were: Democratic 47.49%; Republican 28.03%; Independent Party .79%; Libertarian .22%; Green .12%; American Delta .12%; Working Families .06%; Constitution .05%; Reform .01%; independent and miscellaneous 23.10%.
I think you should distinguish between Non-affiliated and miscellaneous, especially considering your selection of parties.
Delaware continues to see the effect of their presentation of party, particularly for their online registration. The party question is stated as being “Required”, there is a pull down list of parties, or an “Other” box which has a fill-in the blank.
The party list included “Unaffiliated” but it is at the end of the alphabetized list. Other parties towards the end of the list: Reform Party, Socialist Workers Party, The Blue Enigma Party, and the Working Families Party appear to suffer.
Three entities which don’t include “Party” in their name: “American”, “Conservative”, and “Liberal” appear to benefit from not being parties, particularly “American” which is first on the list.
From January 2016 to January 2017 the minor parties saw these gains:
Independent Party of Del +1480
American Delta Party +809 (new)
Libertarian Party +410
American +260
Non-Partisan +222
Green Party +202
Conservative +129
Liberal +97
Other +7
Natural Law Party -1
Socialist Workers Party -6
Reform Party -12
Constitution Party -18
Working Families Party -23
The Blue Enigma Party -33

Comparing July 2017 to January 2016, which included a purge this spring. “American” has continued to have a trickle of gains.
Independent Party of Del +1672
American Delta Party +772 (new)
Libertarian Party +403
American +275
Non-Partisan +218
Green Party +163
Conservative +128
Liberal +94
Other -11
Natural Law Party -2
Socialist Workers Party -17
Reform Party -19
Constitution Party -40
The Blue Enigma Party -48
Working Families Party -71
Delaware codes it registration by letter (A-Z). A couple of years ago they had 26 coded parties. They purged the list of 9 parties with fewer than 100 registrants. Since then the American Delta Party has been assigned a code. The Natural Law Party and Reform Party are now below the threshold that were previously purged.
The purge of 9 parties causes the number of Other party registrants to surge from 365 to 624. This has since declined to 502.
