U.S. District Court Sets a Trial Date for Lawsuit on Arkansas Independent Candidate Petition Deadline

A U.S. District Court in Arkansas will hold a trial in Moore v Martin, e.d. 4:14cv-65, on December 12, 2017. The issue is whether the state really needs a March petition deadline for non-presidential independents in order to have enough time to check the signatures.

    for ALL candidates for the same office in the same area —

    way too difficult for the SCOTUS MORONS to understand — since 1968 — Williams v Rhodes

    — a mere 49 LONG years of lawyer and judge MORONS in ballot access cases.
