  1. Appears that the SF folks are trying to re-invent the RCV wheel.

    Where is that MODEL election law with the various election methods (as options) ???

  2. They should count a ballot where a voter has placed a numeral adjacent to candidates as valid. If the voting machine is unable to process that many choices, the voting machine should be considered defective and discarded. If all machines are discarded, the election should be considered void.

  3. Due to the low low low and getting worse math skills of lots of voters —

    Even asking such voters to vote 1, 2, 3, etc. [for different choices] is asking lots.
