    the *standard* for the math morons in ALL gerrymander cases since 1776 is — guess what —

    MAJORITY RULE — aka DEMOCRACY —

    ANY majority of the voters can and do elect legislators who have a majority of the voting powers.

    IE IN PA — ANY majority of the voters can and do elect 10 of the 18 USA Reps.
